Cheer Instructor (Part-time) & Cheer Tumbling Instructor (Part-time)
Teaching classes on a weekly basis and/or instructing camps and clinics between 2-15 hours per week Possibly full time if qualified to assume other positions.

Compensation:
Consistent with industry standards depending on experience and proficiency
Applicant may be selected to train for other positions at Spirit Elite (Squads Corp.).

Experience:
• Prefer precious experience teaching cheer basics/tumbling and/or training of progressions, safety, spotting, and skill techniques.
• Prefer USASF Certification
• Coaching experience through Level 3

Responsibilities:
• Must be “Good for Kids” inspired.
• Assist in growing the program
• Provide high quality instruction
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Closely collaborate with staff to establish one of the finest cheerleading programs in the country.
• Perform minimal administrative duties.

Assistant All-Star Cheerleading Squad Coach:
6- 40 hrs/wk (hours depend on the availability and experience of staff person)
Coaching levels depending on experience and available squads

Compensation:
Consistent with industry standards, depending on experience

Experience Required:
• Prefer All-Star coaching experience
• Minimum 3 years coaching cheerleading
• Must have appropriate proficiency level (depending on the level of squad)
• Must become certified with USASF
• Prefer already certified
