CHEERLEADING CLASSES
Cheer Basics 1 (50 Minutes)
Ever wanted to be a cheerleader?  This is your opportunity to learn the ropes!  Cheer Basics 1 is for younger athletes, ages 4-6.  We will learn basic motions, jumps, cheers, stunts, and tumbling skills.
Monday: 4:30-5:20p

Cheer Basics 2 (50 Minutes)
Ever wanted to be a cheerleader?  This is your opportunity to learn the ropes!  Cheer Basics 2 is for older athletes, ages 7-12.  We will learn basic motions, jumps, cheers, stunts, and tumbling skills.
Thursday: 5:00p
 
TUMBLING CLASSES
Level 1 Beginner Tumbling (50 Minutes)
This is where it all begins!  Athletes will learn the basic skills needed to have a solid foundation for future tumbling success.  Examples of skills learned: forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridge kickovers.
Monday: 5:00p, 
Tuesday: 5:00p, 6:00p, 8:00p
Thursday: 6:00p (ages 4-7 only)
 
 
 
 
 
Level 1 Advanced Tumbling(50 Minutes)
The next step towards tumbling greatness!  Here athletes continue to build body strength and awareness.  Examples of skills learned:  roundoff, handstand forward roll, back and front walkovers.
Monday: 6:00p
Thursday: 7:00p
 
 
 
 
Handspring 101 (50 Minutes)
Get ready to jump!  Athletes are introduced to skills that involve jumping and being airborne.  Examples of skills learned: standing back handspring, front handspring, running roundoff rebound.
Monday: 8:00p
Tuesday: 7:00p
Wednesday: 7:30p

 
Handspring 102(50 Minutes)
This is where things really start moving!  Here, athletes work on perfecting running tumbling passes with multiple skills.  Examples of skills learned: running roundoff multiple back handspring, front handspring flyspring

Level 3 Tumbling(50 Minutes)
Here we begin to LEAVE THE FLOOR BEHIND! Athletes are introduced to aerial flipping skills.  Examples of skills learned:  roundoff back handspring back tuck, front tuck.

Level 4 Tumbling(50 Minutes)
Athletes are introduced to straight-body aerials, and begin to prepare for twisting skills!  Examples of skills learned: roundoff back handspring back layout, front layout.

Level 5 Tumbling(50 Minutes)
The final level!  Here athletes begin twisting and flipping skills.  Examples of skills learned: roundoff back handspring full twisting back layout, front full twisting layout, arabian.
